Ristorante Piatto: A Cozy Italian Dining Experience in Beccles

Me and my family come here every couple of months and we all love it. Has an amazing atmosphere and food, definitely recommend the cheesy garlic bread. Staff are very friendly. If your in the area and looking for somewhere to have a meal i would definitely visit!

Me and a group of my friends went in for some drinks and some food, it was such a lovely environment with super friendly staff and the food was incredible. Will definitely return. Would recommend :)

This is not a very big place and they only seem to have one sitting. They opened at 6 and we were booked in for 6:30. Every table was full but it wasn't too noisy and there was some background music but it wasn't too loud. We all really enjoyed our food and had a lovely evening. Our waitress was really good too, although she kept telling us that she didn't work there any more she had just been called in to help out. Parking nearby wasn't easy, but that's not the fault of the restaurant. My only complaint is that I was sat on a bench seat and it wasn't very comfortable. It was ok after I folded my coat and sat on that though. I let my wife and my sister sit on the chairs opposite and they didn't have any complaints about their seats.

This is a place I visit 2 or 3 times a month with my 4 Yr old daughter. I have never had a bad experience from the extremely friendly waiting staff that make you feel welcome on every visit to the high quality food on every part of the menu. Getting to visit Piatto is one of the highlights of our week. The atmosphere is comfortable and welcoming. I honestly can't think of a bad word to say about this place.

Excellent venue. Has real authentic Italian character. Staff very welcoming and friendly without being intrusive. Food extremely good value and lovely fresh home made pizza. Good choice on menu and although restaurant is small, has a lovely genuine atmosphere, so much more appealing than a chain. Highly recommended.

We had a superb dinner at Ristorante Piatto, I loved everything about it. The restaurant felt really cosy, warm and traditional with a view of the kitchen at the back which was nice. It was full when we arrived so booking is probably a good idea. The menu was really authentic, we tried the Antipasti Misti Sharing Platter to start and Garlic Bread with Cheese and Mushroom as a side. For mains we had the Piatto Special pizza and the Griglatta di Pesce seafood platter, consisting of mussels, king prawns and tilapia, which tasted really fresh. To finish we had ice cream sundaes and an Italian liqueur coffee, both of which were lovely. The waiting staff were really friendly and accommodating, with rosemary breadsticks provided on the table as an extra touch. We will definitely be back!
